Makes 18 SOMEGA Energy Bites
Ingredients
125g dates
100g oats
75g raw cashews
25g coconut (dessicated or flakes)
3 tbsp SOMEGA Easy Omega-3
Directions
Process dates in a food processor until crumbly.
Add cashews and process until broken up.
Add remaining ingredients and process until mixture starts sticking together.
Scoop out mixture with a tablespoon and using hands, roll into balls.
Place in an airtight container in the fridge and allow to harden for a few hours.
Enjoy! Store in the fridge and eat within a few days.
Tip
For a crunchier Energy Bite, replace the 25g coconut with 25g cacao nibs. Roll in dessicated coconut to enhance the look and amazing flavour!
