75g fresh fruit (e.g. strawberries, blueberries, grapes)
1 teaspoon SOMEGA Easy Omega-3
Place half the yogurt in the bottom of a glass. Sprinkle in half the granola, followed by half of the fruit.
Repeat the 3 layers.
Drizzle the SOMEGA Easy Omega-3 on top.
Use healthy yogurt options (e.g. low fat, plain, Greek). Granola can be high in sugar so look carefully at the labels for a lower sugar brand or, if you have the time, make your own.
