We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. While we stand behind the quality of our products and services, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we have a returns policy in place to assist you.
Please note that our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a full refund, all products returned must be unopened, undamaged and in the original packaging.
If you wish to return your order, please notify us as soon as possible after receiving the order at email@example.com. Please state your order number and the reason for the return.
We will issue you with a shipping authorisation number so that our warehouse can process your return. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item to the warehouse. Please note we cannot be held responsible for returned packages that fail to reach the warehouse. We recommend use of a tracked delivery service when returning an order.
When your return is received at our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you of same. All returns will be examined upon receipt and once deemed eligible, payment will be refunded as quickly as possible back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
In the unlikely event that the product you receive is defective or damaged, we will gladly offer you a replacement or refund. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible after receiving your order so that we can promptly initiate our exchange procedure.
