90g popped quinoa (available in your local health store)

120g dark chocolate (minimum 70% cocoa)

1 tablespoon coconut oil

3 scoops SOMEGA Collagen Plus

Method

  1. Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil together until smooth.
  2. Stir in the SOMEGA Collagen Plus until completely combined.
  3. Fold through the popped quinoa until evenly coated.
  4. Spoon small mounds onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  5. Gently flatten each mound into a thin snap.
  6. Refrigerate for 30–60 minutes until firm.
  7. Peel away from the parchment and enjoy.
